First off, I really like this design.  I wanna make that clear.  Grew up on Disney comics, still love them, and love this character specifically.

But this isn’t covered under parody law.  You can’t even pretend this is a parody.  This on a shirt for sale NOT from Disney?  That’s gonna get someone in trouble.

EDIT - Ooooor I’m a moron and that’s a Disney sponsored shirt design contest, in which case, it’s an amazing design.
